THE LONG DRIVE
Is it worth it to drive long distances for good roads? Well, of course the answer is different for everybody. But for me, I like driving exceptionally long distances. There are many beautiful roads to be found in Europe. The Belgian Ardennes is one of the best roads I have ever been to so far. From where I live, it is about a 250 km drive. The roads are absolutely magnificent, and the views are stunning. Hopefully when you finish reading this blog, you'll going to find out for yourself.

CHAPTER 2
RACETRACK IN THE FOREST
The Ardennes is an area that shares its borders with Germany, Luxembourg and France. It is located in the east of Belgium. The distinctive hills and pine trees give the Ardennes its unique look. This is one of the reasons why driving here is satisfactory. Almost everybody knows the famous Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. But the area around the circuit is worthy of discovering too. Some beautiful roads can be found in the surrounding area. And if you discover them, you'll have the best time in your life.
CHAPTER 3
TYPE OF ROADS
But what kind of roads can you then expect? Well, you will find many hill roads that go through deep valleys and high tops. Then there is also the combination of hairpin corners and steep climbs, followed by long clean roads through thick forested in the middle of nowhere. But be careful. Some very tight corners are easily overlooked here. And mistakes here can go wrong quickly. Some roads give a beautiful view into the valley, which also can make your day worse if you overlook them. The combination of thick forests, open roads, and hill climbs makes it a joy to drive here.
